Soft Washing
Soft washing is the process of applying professional-grade soaps, detergents, and other types of biodegradable solutions with a controlling applicator. By using new technology, we are able to dial in the exact mixture of solutions design for the surface area we are cleaning and low pressure of 200 PSI or less. We are also able to rise with a high and low volume of water at the same 200 PSI or less for the perfect results. This technic allows us to clean many different types of surfaces such as Vinyl, Wood, Aluminum, Brick, Stucco, and Stone without the worry of causing damage to the surface from high pressure.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing absolutely has its place. Many times, the pressure of 1000 PSI and above is needed for hard surfaces or stains that need extra agitation. Sometimes along with pressure, you may need to add heat to the surface. Most homes and businesses will only need pressure washing for concrete, brick, and other hard surfaces. You should only trust a trained professional when you have a need for pressure washing. Please take the time and make sure they are trained and properly insured.
